See You in September...or August

Congratulations to the Class of 2013! What a beautiful graduation ceremony yesterday!

We are "closing up shop" for about ten weeks after today's faculty meetings.

A note for the Class of 2013: we will mail a final transcript to the college where you are matriculating as soon as transcripts are available (probably next week). It may take the college several weeks or even months to process your transcript, so don't panic if you receive something from a college saying they have not received it. If you decide to enroll at a different school that you indicated on your GREEN form, please let the Main Office know. If your college cannot find your transcript and another copy needs to be sent, please contact the Main Office.

A note for the Class of 2014: Please be on the lookout for two important mailings from us. The first mailing will explain how to schedule a later summer meeting if you are interested in doing so and will include a timeline for the fall. You know how we love timelines! The second mailing will include a copy of your transcript through the end of junior year. Please review it carefully!

College Choices for The Class of 2013

Don't tell anyone, but I am "scooping" the Wicket on the Matriculation List for the Class of 2013. At this time of year, there are always questions about the most popular colleges. Our Top Five Colleges for matriculations this year are:

University of Maryland College Park - Nine seniors will enroll
University of Virginia - 8
Boston University - 6 (We have been asked a few times if this is a typo and it's supposed to be Boston College. Nope, Boston University is correct!)
Virginia Tech - 5
College of Charleston and William and Mary - These two colleges are tied for the Number Five spot; four girls will enroll in each school.
